Segmentasi Jalan Berlubang Citra Jalan Raya Menggunakan Metode Thresholding Dan K-Means

Abstract - One of the important meanings for human life is road. The road used as a means transportation which has very useful planning in development life. In 2018, based on statistical data, number motor vehicle users Indonesia increasing every year, reaching 146,858,759 units. Seeing enhancement users, impact occured. Many roads are damaged and conditions unsettling concerned users. most common damages that there many holes road, can increase accidents’ risk. Based science technology development, one causes lengthy time to repair damage due calculating area each manually it takes relatively long time. For this reason, study aims perform image processing form segmentation potholed highway using Thresholding algorithm K-Means, followed by calculation perimeter hole. results were obtained with 106 images roads, then segmented calculated circumference be read properly program been designed.
